Hi, I’m Angela Robson.

I take pride in the fact that I have never really been the “typical” IT geek. Throughout my career, helping people in a friendly and professional manner has always been my first priority. Too many IT professionals don’t understand the skill level of the client or customer they’re helping, and have a tendency to be more annoying than helpful. I speak to you on the level you’re comfortable with. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a fellow expert. I believe that the best way to help people with their computer issues is to not only fix their problems, but educate them on best practices and help them implement hassle-free routines.

I have built Picobits to focus on providing services for small and medium businesses. I love working with small businesses because, since they don’t require mass amounts of red tape, I can affect change the most and therefore help the most. For larger businesses Picobits provides project-based consulting for some of my favorite technologies like virtualization.
